YCC Event: Chemistry of Cheese

For the ENY YCC’s June event, we will host a Chemistry of Cheese Event on Tuesday, June 25th from 5:30-6:30 pm!

The first 30-minutes of the event will involve a free cheese tasting and the chance to win a prize during a trivia game. Then, for the remaining 30-minutes, Dr. Tunick from Drexel University will give a talk on the chemistry of cheese.

This event will be held in-person at the University at Albany ETEC Building in room B007.
